Damn right! Elwood Blues in person! If this be Photoshop, maybe try to use harder brushes with lower opacity on some of the edges. Saying that, this looks like him, so it's well done. You've got good taste if this is one of your favourite movies!

It was done in Oekaki, for some reason Photoshop's coloring system doesn't seem right to me. Are you saying it needs to be sharper or blurrier? Thanks for your comments.

It doesent need to be, but it could be sharper. Oekaki, eh? Super, I thought it was Photoshop x9er. Hmm, you said Deviantart could be an annoying place, what did you mean?

It looks to smudgy to be a photograph... I think you need to work on that a little bit more^^
